Pathetic unacceptable customer service Paid Order not received

Placed an order 9 days ago and 9 days later no waybill to track my order. Despite multiple attempts to get an update through WhatsApp, I have not received any tracking waybill This is frustrating cause you have a time limit to make payment but they can take ages to shop your goods. Pathetic customer service!!! I was planning on placing another order but I don't think I want to waist my time again.
