PATHETIC STANDARD OF PRODUCTS

I bought a small portable fan working with water end September 2019 that I was planning to use for when I'm on leave in December. I've packed the product on leave and when I took it out of the box for the first time EVER, the one blade was broken off and inside the unit. I continued to follow instructions on how to use the unit; smoke came out of the unit, no cold air and just stopped working. When I came back from leave, I've e-mailed OneDealaDay.

I received a non-personlised, generic e-mail on there is only 7 days in order to return the product from accepting the product. Looks like they get A LOT OF returns, as this was a generic e-mail with mentioning of consumer acts etc. Pathetic if you ask me. I'm an honest person and through away R200. I will think twice before I buy any product from them again. Rather pay more and know the product that I'm getting is on standard. So please, all future users, think TWICE, rather pay a bit more or test your product immediately. I was not even requesting a refund, I just want to swop the product for one that is working. PATHETIC, PATHETIC, PATHETIC.
