Pathetic service One Deal a Day
I bought a Portable Power Mini UPS on the 28th Oct which does not work, I informed them about it on the 10th of November as I did not make use of it when it arrived, today is the 06 December and I am still waiting on them to collect this from me for a refund, 3 people(after days) responded to my mail but nothing was done!!! the fact that one cannot call them makes this situation more frustrating...
Let not mention the courier company (FastWay) who keep on dropping the calls.. pathetic

09 Dec 2021, 11:46So after writing my review I got a call asking me about my complaint and they were going to send the courier to collect... Its day 3 and still no collection... Ayanda even asked me to remove the review and I said no why should I.. I will remove it once you collect the faulty unit and no that 3 days have passed and still no collection I will not remove my review...
