Pathetic service! No accountability..

I purchased items on the 28th March and made payment. I have not received my order to date. There is no communication. There is no number to call, you can only chat on WhatsApp. The customer care person is not interested in responding because they have your money. I asked for a refund now they say it will take 7 to 10 working days. What pathetic service! Daylight *******...I want my R1300!!!
