Pathetic Service from One Deal A Day

1st time buying a product from their website. received the item, faulty, in a torn and mangled up box. upon receiving I immediately sent photos on their whatsapp communication channel. the next day I reported that the item is faulty, and would like to arrange collection and refund. 3 different whatsapp chats, and facebook messenger, and e-mail - NO ASSISTANCE RECEIVED !!!!! absolutely pathetic, lack of service, from this company. really a terrible experience buying from them.
