Pathetic service from One Deal

My first few orders were fine, but then they sent me the incorrect items, which I had to pay delivery for, they wanted pics of the items and the delivery note which I sent the same day I received the incorrect items. I constantly had to ask for feedback, eventually they told me I can send it back to them at my expense ,they will verify the quality of the items and then I must wait 10 business days for reimbur*****t if they are happy with the condition that the items are in. They have terrible service, I am out of pocket with items I did not order. I will never but from them again, they don't even deserve one star.
