Pathetic service

I ordered from them on the first of October and received confirmation of payment on the third, on the 8th I received the last email telling me my order is being processed and that was the last I heard from them. Last week I sent an email regarding my order and received no response, today I decide to communicate on the WhatsApp number and until this hour hour I get generic responses that refer me back to waiting another ten days, I have never seen such pathetic service ever.
