pathetic service and no after sales when not delivered

after sales is appalling, no help i am still waiting for my stuff to arrive since June 2021 , it gets better -no means or ways to speak to anyone secondly the email adress is not responded to and yes i used the correct one *** , quick to get you to pay yet to uphold there end is 0% you dont get notified when there is a backorder /no stock can be supp**** . its just so frustrating to try and help yourself obtain feedback when the user feature on the site has only 1 means of contact a email that does not get responded to
