Pathetic service and ****mers

It's over 30 days and I haven't received my refund and they leave my WhatsApp texts on read with no response or estimate date of refund.

I bought a table and it was defective and they collected the table I thought they would send back one that wasn't defective only to send me a whatsapp requesting my banking details for a refund I didn't ask for, then they told me the policy states refunds take 30 days it's over 30 days and no refund or communication from them.
