Pathetic service after sales

I have ordered an item on the 23 November. And to date no tracking number. Sent numerous messages and emails and no one has sent me an answer. It's more than 10 days and nothing. We will be leaving for Durban soon and no one will be home. To receive. I have contacted them numerous times. Pathetic service. Will definitely not be buying again.
