Pathetic service

I placed an order 30/3/2026 I paid and was told I will receive order in 10 working days. To date they have yet to confirm where the order is or provide me a tracking no. I message constantly with no proper feedback as to where my order is. This company cannot be trusted and I would never refer anyone to order from them. Please flag this company.
