PATHETIC SERVICE

This is disgusting! Absolutely pathetic service! We have purchased a non-contact thermometer as it is an essential item to have during the lockdown period. It does not work so we of course made contact about the faulty item to be replaced but no help has been received after numerous attempts of reaching out. We then asked for a refund on the item and again no help or response has been made by these people!
