Pathetic service

Pathetic Service - You cannot complain about the service as there is no service!!! I have ordered and paid a thermometer on the 30th of April, it states that delivery will be between 4 and 5 days when ordered, when logging in it has not even been sent to the courier, it is an essential item and our staff cannot go back to work to earn a salary without that, and they so not reply to my msg and there is no contact nr to phone them. Can I understand why!!!
