Pathetic After sales service

Frustrating and pathetic customer service. I have bought an item and contacted the company regarding the faulty product and to this day, the matter has not been resolved. Trying to contact anyone has been a mission impossible. Although this company has smooth transactions when it comes to sales and delivery, their after makert delivery service is shoddy and non- responsive. You are more lucky to get water out of a rock than a response regarding faulty products.
