Over charge on delivery

The courier charges for delivery is ridiculous. Items are not reduce as claimed and wen adding courier charges the cost of purchasing the item is further inflated. I wanted to purchase a back rest pillow and the delivery cost was R185 on an item.on sale hoe R399. How ridiculous is this. Most online companys do not charge courier if your itrem are over a certain price point.
