Ordered, but no delivery, and no communication

I have no idea where all these good ratings come from, maybe they have bots or the same person logging in with different email accounts, but I think I have been ****med. I ordered some items on the 10th of Feb, even got an "order number" (137705), but no delivery, and no response on communication. Initially they were responding, until after the 10 working days and requests for where my items are, then silence only. Please do not order from these guys. Has anyone else been ****med too?
