Order placed over a month ago still not received

I've been buying from a what's app agent for years. But I have to complain about an order to get it escalated o/n 130397 was placed on 13 November. I received the order number only on 27 November when I queried the status of my order and I've received nothing to date. The agent isn't responding to my queries. This order is our Christmas tree that we haven't been able to put up and it's Christmas presents. Very disappointed.
