Order not Received

No delivery - phone number not working - emails ignored. Got email to state order has been shipped. I phoned Fastway Couriers 2 weeks later, and they stated that they have not been requested to collected to order yet, it is still at One Deal a Day. It is now more than 3 weeks later. I have paid in full, but no products. Very disappointed.
