Order not received!!!

I placed an order via WhatsApp on the 6th December 2024, it is now the 17th December and I have not received my order or any tracking information Proof of Payment was also sent to the WhatsApp number on the day I placed my order. I am utterly disgusted with this pathetic service. This morning I sent a message via WhatsApp the lady responded and stated she will check I further explained iI did not receive my order and it's been so many days without any tracking information and all she had to say was noted-no explanation and no apology. Till now I have not received any other feedback.
