Order 75520-not received from One Deal A Day

Hi,

I ordered 2 pairs of wireless headphones from One deal A Day and to this day I have not received them, I have sent a complaint to them and they said they would escalate query on 13 September and I still have not heard anything from them. I would either like my product or an immediate refund.
