Good day, I want to return the Arctic Air Ultra Cooler.

I received the Cooler on Monday 9 March 2020, and this morning when I switched it on, it stopped working and smoke came out of the cooler.

Please assist with returning this cooler, and refunding me. Kind regards, Chrisjan ***
