ONEDEALADAY ... LIFETIME OF PROBLEMS

I purchased a product from OneDealaday around July this year. Microfiber Wireless Charging Receiver

The day I received it I informed them that it is not compatible with my phone. I first tried to see if I can perhaps purchase a device that can make it compatible, but without any luck.

I now sit with a product I cannot use.

I as a consumer have the right to return a product within the required time with a full refund.

Since I started communicating via emails with them, I have received zero response.

They are very quick to let you know that your product is on it's way, but when it comes to returns - no reply - dead quiet!

This is very upsetting and disappointing.
