OneDealaday - Incorrect Product Delivered – Request for Urgent Resolution

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order #902972 delivered yesterday. The gas stove I received is not the same as the one advertised or ordered.

According to my order, I purchased the RAF Gas Stove (2 Burners Household Gas Cooktops – RAF) as displayed on your website 2-Plate Gas Stove - One Deal A Day - Tech Bar Investments However, the product delivered is branded iSTAR-ST, which is entirely different in both appearance and specifications. Here are the discrepancies I’ve noted: The brand is incorrect – I ordered RAF, but received iSTAR-ST. RAF Gas Stove 2 Burners Household Gas Cooktops - RAF • The burners are not as advertised; the RAF stove specifies cast iron burners, while the delivered product has cheap aluminum burners. • The control dials on the received product have no number markings, unlike the original RAF model shown on your site. • The overall quality and build of the received product are much poorer and clearly not in line with the product I paid for. • The RAF burner also advertises a warranty period of which this iSTAR-ST unit clears do not

I placed my order on 5 October and have been waiting patiently for delivery, but I am extremely disappointed that the incorrect product was sent. It is unacceptable that I now need to arrange my own courier at my cost for a mistake that was not mine.

I kindly request urgent intervention to: 1. Arrange collection of the incorrect item at no additional cost to me. 2. Dispatch the correct RAF Gas Stove as per the original order without further delay. 3. Provide confirmation of when this issue will be resolved.

I hope you can address this promptly and restore my confidence in using your platform. I was hesitant to order initially, and this experience has reinforced my concerns unless the matter is resolved satisfactorily.
