OneDealaDay be aware of these online purchases!

I purchased an Inverter + batteries from OneDealaDay which arrived long after the 10 days expected delivery and after having purchased panels and an installation company, the inverter stopped working after just 6weeks. I have tried contacting them but was referred to their WhatsApp and after repeated attempts I was given a different WhatsApp who said they would refer this to management! Nothing has transpired after the waiting period of 5 business word days and it’s now more than 10 business days and I can’t get any response now.
