I purchased a no touch bin R304.99. On receiving the bin. It did not open fully. Slightly ajar. I used different batteries and still no joy. They agreed to accept the return providing I courier it back to them. Agreement on WhatsApp to refund both purchased price and courier amount. To date I only received the purchase price amount of R304.99. The Courier Services fee of R83 which I paid was not refunded. I have the WhatsApp message to confirm that both amounts will be refunded. This matter is outstanding from 5th August 2021.

I'm a regular Online shopper at Takealot. To date I've not had any challenges or problems.
