One Fail a Day

We ordered a Xjimeijie robot vacuum cleaner from One deal a day and received the unit with a massive hole broken into the side. The unit also does not move around as advertised and stays stationary in one position. After numerous emails since the 8th February 2021, we have not received a single response from them. Horrible after sales service, order with extreme caution because if your package arrives broken there is no one you can call and One Deal a Day does not respond to emails, which is the only way to contact them. Absolutely Ridiculous.
