One disappointment a day

So goods ordered 25 Nov 2020. Website says still processing. Supposed to be a total of 10 days. Sent an email, still no reply 5 days later, got hold of them on Face Book yesterday, and they simply say they have asked management to dispatch, no ETA. Tried getting hold of them today, 3 hours later and still no response.
