One disappointing deal

Purchased a cheese grater from ODAD. Unfortunately, the handle is plastic with a click lock system, which you have to open to clean the machine each time. It doesnt click and after one use the plastic is bent. Very disappointed - guess you get what you pay for. NO customer service or returns either. STOP SUPPORTING COMPANIES with sub standard products and ZERO customer support or recourse.
