One deal to many

I have ordered from this company several time before and have never had a problem until recently. I placed on order for am item on 29/6/20. I was informed that the item will be delivered within 10 days. I have tracked the item on the their system and it discloses that the item was dispatched on 3 occasions and then returned without me receiving the item . I have sent several emails to them as you cannot contact them via a phone/cell number. I have received no response from the company as to the reason why the item is returned on each occasion. My emails go unanswered. This is totally unprofessional and not how a business should operate. I am appalled by the lack of response or even an acknowledgement of the emails been sent.
