ONE DEAL ONLY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING REJECTS

First they took forever to deliver the product then they delivered a product minus the charger then they delivered a charger that was not compatible with the item , the item is not working, now they want me to send them the item at my cost quoting all sorts of consumer protection act stuff and cooling off period info, to me. I was away and when I eventually got to the item I found out that it wasn't working, the charger is not the charger that would have come the item I ordered which is very obvious when you look at the packaging.
