One Deal a Day...****!!!!

I ordered 3 items, one of lower value and 2 of high value that was supposed to be my kids gifts. I received only 1 item (the lower value item) more or less a week after ordering. The first time I queried about this I was assisted by Mimi from Customer Care that assured me they can see the courier company they used only delivered 1 of 3 pieces and she will follow up. It has been 3 weeks. They blocked me on Facebook and Messenger. They do not reply to my emails! This company is a **** and the worst service I have ever received!
