One Deal A Day, worse experience ever, will never buy from them again

I placed my order on the 24th of November 2023, it is now the 14th of December 2023 an I have still not received my delivery. I tried contacting them numerous times, however in vain as they still did not give me any feedback and my order amounts to over R2000. This is unacceptable and ********* as they say 3 to 10 working days for deliveries, well today is the 14th working day, where is my delivery?
