One Deal A Day with no service.......

I am very disappointed in the service that I am receiving from One Deal A Day, it is now the second time that I have received an item from them that is faulty and not working. I have sent them emails with no joy of a reply.

On the 9th of September 2021 I have ordered a Multi Purpose Mosquito Killer ORDER 458498 which is not working. And then on the 28th of September 2021 I have ordered a Vibration and Kneading Massage Pillow ORDER 465058 that is also not working and when delivered the packaging was totally damage.

After receiving the parcels I have sent emails to the company but up till today I have not received a single response from One Deal A Day.

At this stage I am very disappointed with the customer service and would not recommend this online service to anybody. I hope that we can get this resolved soonest.
