One Deal A day - Utterly Disappointed

So, I placed an order with One Deal A Day on 07/10. Made payment and sent the proof of payment to them on Whatsapp (same day as the order was placed). Received a response, thank you for the order, blah, blah, blah... Was told to allow 10 working days for the delivery. It's been almost a month (tomorrow, to be exact) and I still have not received my order!!! Requested a refund with no response. Was then told on 03/11 that the order was on urgent delivery on that day and that I would receive a waybill to track the courier - guess what! No waybill nor my order was received. I have been sending messages to these people but I'm not getting any response!!! This is the worst service I have ever experienced!!!

If you were lucky enough to receive your goods when you ordered, then good for you!

But for me, I would NOT recommend buying from these people.
