One Deal A Day urgent product return and serious complaint

My wife and I recently purchased an air fryer from One Deal A Day. We wish to return the unit for technical reasons and have tried contacting them numerous times on WhatsApp and e mail as per their process.To date we have received no response and there appears to be no access to them for direct communication. Has anyone been able to speak directly. I need to contact a senior person discuss my issue
