One Deal A Day thievery!

Bought 2 office chairs, ComfortPlus Office Chair. for R 2074.99 each, the first chair broke with in 3 months, the 2nd chair arrived incomplete and completely the wrong chair. I raised the issue immediately vi the Whats App number and via email, 5 weeks later and still have not received a single response to the email, on the whats app Chanel only after I started bombarding it did get a response and phone call that a manager would make contact, nothing for a week, then I started bombarding the Chanel again and was promised the CEO would call me, 2 weeks later and still nothing in spite of me asking and complaining. I have now lodge a complaint with the NCC. I will NEVER deal with this company again, the after sales service is pathetically non-existent, and now they have over R 4000 of my mine and I have 2 un-usable chairs.
