ONE DEAL A DAY the most horrible service - RANKED NO 1

This has been the worst experience ever. Bought something as a gift for a special person the 29th October and till now I have not received anything. If I knew you wait forever for the items I would have NEVER ordered my goods there. I can get MUCH BETTER deals from ONEDAY ONLY. I have never been disappointed by ONEDAY ONLY . When I ask for feedback the answer from one deal a day is always the same we awaiting dispatch number. I was sent a message the 29th saying that the order turnaround time is 10 working days ,it's been 14 days and still NO dispatch number or order . then 10 th November another message saying it take s 10 working days .The 12th November I was told quote" Your order will be dispatched this week " the 13th November I was asked did I receive my tracking number I said NO - I was then told it will be shipped this week. thereafter NO FEEDBACK. I will NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND this place . HORRIBLE SERVICE O NO let me rephrase there is NO SERVICE !!!!!
