One Deal A Day Terrible customer support

The product I ordered is faulty. The company doesn't respond to emails and there is no telephone number to phone on. The emails redirect to their prefered contact method: Whatsapp, which also is not manned/answered.

Terrible customer service. I will not do business with them again
