ONE DEAL A DAY - SUNNY & MIMMI'S AWESOME SERVICE!!

Wow!!! Excellent service from Sunny at One Deal A day!!! He goes the extra mile!!! Even assisted me after hours!!! Order on whatsapp line and he enaures even much quicker and better service!!! What a wonderful company to buy awesome gifts and items from!!! After my first orders, I didn't noticed 3 orders had the same product description on my bank payment, although the different amounts were correct on each order. After some frustration of sorting my orders out by email, without any luck, I decided to lodge my quiry through Sunny on the One Deal A day whatsapp line. It was after 10h00 at night. Sunny immediately whatsapp me back and said that he will right away address the problem and send a mail throuh to the correct department. He also promised to sort the problem promptly out, which he did! To my surprise Mimi, the Manager also whstsapp me back after receiving Sunny's message. The next day Sunny followed up to ask if my problem has been sorted. Mimi also followed up and said that she traced my payments, and saw the different amounts. She said that my correct delivery is on it's way, which I received the folliwing day!! I was só impressed with this item thay I immediately ordered another 3 of this item, for Christmas pressents!!! Thanks to dilligent staff members, (Sunny and Mimi), and awesome products at very affordable prices, I discovered a company where I can at reasonable prices get fantastic deals and excellent service!!!
