One deal a day sells stock they do not have and then do not refund.

I ordered 2 unit of a router ups more than a month ago which was reported 5 to be in stock. The product was never delivered anf i received an email weeks ago apologising that the goods are stuck in customs. I have requested about 5 times now by email that i be refunded but nothing is happening. I find the following shocking: 1. Selling stock that doesn't exist 2. No action on refunding requests 3. Terrible communication
