One Deal A Day

<div>I ordered blue tooth earphones from One Deal A Day, it took a very long time to arrive, but it arrived on the 17th of March, it was faulty from the start and one of the earphones did not work, I contacted them on the 18th of March and was informed that it will be swapped, obviously lock down happened, I enquired again on the 25th of May and was told that the order has been sent out for collection and delivery, I enquired again in June, only to be told, that I have to send the faulty earphones back on my cost and they will then respond to it, I have lost R 350 on the earphones, not prepared to loose courier money as well, as live in Rural Free-state. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this company!! we all know things can go wrong, I do not have a problem with it, but it is how the problem is being handled that is unexceptionable </div>
