One Deal A Day Purchase - After Sales Customer Service is non existent

I bought an i11 V5.0 True Wireless Headset on the 2nd of September on One Deal A Day and received them on the 9th of September. The battery life on them is absolutely terrible. They last for around 20 minutes or less after each charge. I emailed One Deal A Day and sent a request on their website for assistance. They sent me a link to a Youtube video on how to link them, without even asking what my actual issue was. I sent them a reply back with my actual issue and subsequent follow up emails and to date have not received a response. Customer service is absolutely non-existent. I will not recommend them or buy from them ever again.
