One Deal A DAy - poor product & after sales service

Ordered Active Health Tracker on 18/1/2022, received on 26/1/2022. Both faulty. One cannot connect, the other just do not switch on at all . I semail ODAD within 24 hours, no response. That was 4 days ago. Today the 1/2/2022 I sent off another email on their "Contact us" section. It confirms email has been successfully sent, but quite cleverly you do not receive an email in your email address as a timeline or confirmation for your records. That is how they can keep you hustling for longer. I acknowledge ODAD is not responsible for the product, yet they go out of their way to market the product and leave you stranded.
