One Deal A Day : Pathetic customer service, think twice before purchasing from them.

I purchased a Fitness Tracker Watch from One Deal A Day. However, when I received my order; I was shocked to find out that there was no charging cable included.

Thus, I emailed the admin at One Deal A Day about this issue, of which I received an automated message that I will receive a reply in 48-72 hours. It has now gone one week, and I still have no reply from them with regards to the product issue. It just goes to show how terrible their customer service practices are. I'm now left with a watch that can't be used, as it can't be charged; and I will never be able to use it, because this company failed in providing feedback on the reasons as to why there is no charging cable, as well as a resolution to this issue.

In future I will advise you to think twice before purchasing from One Deal A Day, as they seem to sell products which don't work or are defective; and they do not warn the public about these facts when purchasing the item.
