ONE DEAL A DAY only sells but no service or return after selling.

I am not sure it is the same company or not as I tried to put the company name as 'One Deal A Day' then it went to OneDayOnlyOffers. The company I am complaining is 'One Deal A Day'. I ordered a Power Floss Water Jet on 10Apr. However I found the stock was fauly when It was delivered as it didn't work at all. Therefore I left the message on "CONTACT US" in their site regarding to the problem. However no reply. I left another message again but no reply. Please don't buy anything from One Deal A Day otherwise you will get trapped.
