One Deal a Day - Not Working Device

In these uncertain times I decided to get an Oximeter to be prepared. Received a news letter from One Deal a Day with a special on their Oximeter. Ordered immediately and made payment. Even though delivery time was long I didn't have a problem with that. Order arrived late on Friday afternoon. Very excited got batteries and tried the Oximeter just to realise it's not working. Tried different batteries etc. Contacted the company on the Monday to hear what can be done (19 July) . Reply that I received back : " the battery terminals are not properly installed and therefore the negative and positive is not aligned correctly. please will you swap the batteries around you will see it will come on apologies about that admin on your side. " After a few emails back and forth they said they will come an collect the device, test it and then let me know. That was on a Thursday three weeks ago and I am still waiting. Send emails, whatsapp and mails on FB!! Definitely a matter of "Goedkoop koop is duur koop"
