One Deal a Day - NEVER AGAIN

Firstly bought a few items from them They delivered to the wrong address I had to go and collect the items Fortunately they delivered to a friends work address rather than mine Before my friend contacting me they insisted it was delivered to the right address

NOW FOR THE CRUNCH The remove for the solar light is not working i was sent from pillar to post and eventually got onto their whats app line They texted back eventually that it will be collected on the 10th December 2025 Despite several whats app subsequently I am till waiting for them to collect and no response from them since 6 December 2025

I'm even concerned what would happen if / when the item is collected by them Will I get a replacement or a refund or am I just wasting my time
