One Deal a Day misfortune and incompetence

I purchased a portable vacuum cleaner on Friday 26 January, as it was a special offer. I Sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction with the product, only to get a request to send it on WhatsApp. The message I sent was as follows: "Good day. I ordered a Wireless Vacuum Cleaner which was delivered yesterday. The invoice no is INV- 792628 and the Order ID is 792628. I have found it to be an inferior product: the suction is so poor that most of what I am trying to clean is not removed. Whenever I pause the suction process the content of the cylinder pours out of the nozzle onto the surface I am trying to clean. I also see that there is a small round rubbery disk in the cylinder which is loose and I am not sure what its function is. I see there are cleaning instructions which I will follow to clean the device. I would like to request a refund. how do I return the article? The shipping fee to my home was R75 and if I have to pay that againto return it it will be the amount of the article itself! I am very disappointed as it is my first order from One Deal a Day. I comp**** and sent the video clip in which a clearly indicated and demonstrated what the problem is. I was told that it would be sent to admin.

I sent to further WhatsApps requesting feedback and to date there has been no reply.

This is my first and hopefully the last interaction with this company!! Please advise what I am to do about it. The product is useless and I don't get an adequate reply
