One Deal a Day is No Deal a Day!

I have been trying to get an incorrect delivery uplifted since January 2025. One deal a day insists I pay the courier fee for their mistake!

I have spent hours trying to communicate with them via WhatsApp - of course they now have disappearing messages to hide the time lines - Luckily I took screenshots! Trying to reason with them is an exercise in futility. At this stage I want my money back and never deal with them again.
