One Deal A Day Is A ****

I ordered 4 foot massage mats from them. None of them works. I've tried to contact them. Their WhatsApp facility doesn't work, however that's the way you're supposed to communicate with them. It's completely ridiculous. It's a perfect example of the fact that they don't care a damn. There is an email address that one can contact. I've sent a mail there. It's been at least 2 weeks, and I have not heard a thing from them. So shocking. If thos online shopping thing is thexway forward, then I'm sorry. From my experience, it's thexway backward. Especially dealing with companies like this. You build trust in shopping online. Then they break it down. You can't trust any ****** company. There is no-one to chat to. It's all an automated **** at one deal a day. They don't even deserve 1 star.
